On April 9, Zhu Caibin, Party Secretary of Xiqing District, held talks with Pan Xiyuan, Executive Chairman and CEO of Perennial Group, and his delegation.

Zhu Caibin welcomed Pan Xiyuan and his delegation to Xiqing for discussions on cooperation. He stated that Xiqing District is currently thoroughly studying and implementing the important directives from President Xi Jinping's inspection tour in Tianjin, with promoting the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the strategic driver. The district is advancing the high-quality development of the South Station Science and Technology Business District, continuously expanding premium medical resources, and steadily improving public health service levels and business environment support. As a benchmark enterprise in the healthcare commercial real estate development sector, PRC Group possesses mature experience in the integrated development of commercial real estate and healthcare.

The Tianjin Perennial Health City project, currently located in the Nan Station Science and Technology Business District, is progressing smoothly. The group has a solid foundation of cooperation with Xiqing District, and it is hoped that Perennial Group will continue to leverage its industry advantages and mature operational management experience to deeply connect with Xiqing District in areas such as comprehensive elderly care services, carry out pragmatic cooperation, expand new business, and base its efforts on the integrated development strategy of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
