On April 24, Wang Xudong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Tianjin Municipal Health Commission, led a delegation to deeply visit Tianjin Perennial Health City to investigate and study the development of the medical sector. Chen Meilan, CEO of Perennial Medical Health, Liu Shuzhen, COO of Perennial Group, Chen Hanwen, General Manager of Perennial Group's Tianjin Project, and relevant colleagues accompanied the inspection and participated in the discussions.

Director Wang Xudong and his delegation conducted an on-site inspection of the spa hall, the brand exhibition hall of the elderly care and nursing home, the rehabilitation center hall, as well as the home care areas, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the operation status and professional services of each area.

At the seminar, responsible officials from six departments of the Tianjin Municipal Health Commission—the General Office, Planning and Logistics Division, Government Service Division, Medical Administration Division, Comprehensive Supervision Division, and Primary Health Division—participated in the research and discussion. Chen Hanwen, General Manager of the Pengrui Li Tianjin Project, introduced that the medical segment of the Pengrui Li Tianjin Project mainly includes a tertiary general hospital, a tertiary brain hospital, and a secondary rehabilitation hospital. By introducing high-quality international and domestic medical resources such as Shanghai Yibo, the project aims to provide high-quality, convenient, and fast one-stop medical services for customers in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The three hospitals are expected to gradually start operations in 2024. Mr. Chen highlighted the key milestones in the establishment process and the current challenges and needs, and also stated that Pengrui Li Medical will always adhere to 'patient-centered' principles, committed to providing high-quality and efficient medical services, strictly ensuring fundamental medical quality, and continuously exploring and innovating, aiming to play a greater role in the high-quality development of the healthcare field. 

After listening to the report, Wang Xudong fully affirmed Pengrui Li's efforts and achievements in the hospital establishment process. He pointed out that high-quality development of hospitals is an important task in the current healthcare sector and requires the joint effort and support of the whole society. As a Sino-foreign joint venture medical institution, Pengrui Li's medical segment has unique advantages and resources and should serve as a model in promoting high-quality development of hospitals.

He emphasized that the high-quality development of hospitals not only requires efforts in medical technology and service quality, but also comprehensive improvements in hospital management, talent cultivation, and scientific research innovation. He hopes that Perennial Medical can fully utilize its own advantages to enhance the refinement, informatization, and standardization of hospital management; while cultivating team capabilities, forge a strong work ethic, and strengthen medical ethics and conduct; firmly grasp technological innovation as the core, benchmark against first-class hospitals both domestically and internationally, proactively expand into new fields, achieve breakthroughs in multiple areas, and provide patients with higher-quality, more efficient, and comprehensive medical services.
