Recently, the Deputy Secretary of the Handan Municipal Party Committee led a team, along with officials responsible from the Handan Civil Affairs, Industry and Information Technology, Health, and Development and Reform Commission departments, to Pengrui Likang Community for research and inspection. They gained an in-depth understanding of the operation of Pengrui Health City and discussed future cooperation directions. Relevant officials from the Tianjin Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau and the main responsible officials from Xiqing District Civil Affairs Bureau accompanied the visit and exchange.
The research team visited key areas on site, including the rehabilitation treatment zone, the integrated traditional Chinese and Western therapy area, the spa center, the senior university, and model residential units. During the visit, staff from Perennial Health Care Community provided a detailed introduction to the overall situation of Perennial International Health Business and Tourism City, the project planning of the wellness sector, and its unique service concept.

Looking ahead, Perennial Health City will continue to strengthen cooperation and exchange with the civil affairs departments in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and in combination with the 'Winter in the South, Summer in the North' travel and residency alliance strategy among six provinces and cities, vigorously promote the coordinated development of eldercare services and the eldercare industry in Xiqing District. Both sides will jointly explore new models of eldercare services, providing the elderly with higher-quality and more diverse services.
