Perennial Rehabilitation Hospital Tianjin is planned with approximately 200 patient beds. The hospital has established four key specialized departments: Neurological Rehabilitation, Critical Care Rehabilitation, Sports Injury Rehabilitation, and Swallowing Disorder Rehabilitation. Additionally, it offers other rehabilitation disciplines such as Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Geriatric Rehabilitation, and Sleep Disorder Rehabilitation.

The rehabilitation hospital features a spacious 2,000-square-meter rehabilitation therapy hall, which includes areas for exercise therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, swallowing therapy, physical agent therapy, traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation, and an outdoor rehabilitation area exceeding 200 square meters.
The hospital is equipped with globally advanced rehabilitation devices, including the U.S.-made AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill, Denmark's Guldmann 3rd Generation Ceiling Hoist System, upper and lower limb rehabilitation robots, and a 24-person hyperbaric oxygen chamber. On March 30, 2026, the Full Life Cycle International Medical Weight Loss Center, established based on China's first wholly foreign-owned tertiary general hospital—Tianjin Perennial Hospital, officially opened, witnessed by guests from all walks of life.
On the morning of March 20, the column "Walking into Perennial, Doctors Talk About Health" extended from online to offline for the first time, and a health interactive event themed "Rehabilitation Full of Knowledge, Health Runs with You" was held at Tianjin Perennial Health and Wellness Community.
