According to the "List of Rehabilitation Partner Institutions for the Tianjin Geriatric Hip Fracture Center" (Jin Wei Yi Zheng Bian Han [2026] No. 403) issued by the Tianjin Municipal Health Commission on May 28, 2026, Perennial Rehabilitation Hospital Tianjin has been designated as one of the 30 "Rehabilitation Partner Institutions for the Tianjin Geriatric Hip Fracture Center."

The selection process was organized and implemented by the Municipal Leading Group for the Integrated Project on Geriatric Hip Fracture Treatment and Fall-Related Fracture Prevention, and was conducted through materials review, on-site evaluation, and final approval. The inclusion of Perennial Rehabilitation Hospital Tianjin demonstrates that its professional capabilities and service standards in the field of geriatric hip fracture rehabilitation meet the requirements for a municipal-level designated rehabilitation partner institution.

Perennial Rehabilitation Hospital Tianjin is a medical institution specializing in rehabilitation medicine. It currently provides comprehensive hip fracture rehabilitation services, including post-operative early rehabilitation, functional training, fall prevention, nutritional support, and psychological intervention.

In accordance with the overall operational plan of the Tianjin Geriatric Hip Fracture Center, Perennial Rehabilitation Hospital Tianjin will participate in the citywide integrated project on fall and fracture prevention and treatment for the elderly as a rehabilitation partner institution.

In the next phase, the hospital will strengthen its connections with general hospitals, emergency medical systems, community health service centers, and elderly care institutions to promote the implementation of a full-service chain encompassing "prevention – emergency care – rehabilitation – fall prevention."
