On April 15, the "Special Training on Medical Quality and Safety Management for Tertiary Private Medical Institutions" hosted by the Tianjin Hospital Management Quality Control Center was successfully held at Tianjin Peng Rui Li Hospital. Quality control management leaders and key staff from tertiary private medical institutions across the city participated in the training, engaging in in-depth study and exchange on key and challenging issues in medical quality and safety management.

Liu Ji Qiang, Deputy Director of Tianjin Perennial Medical City and Director of the Rehabilitation Hospital and Yikang Nursing Home, attended the training and gave a detailed introduction to the overall planning, functional layout, and exploration and practice of an integrated 'medical, rehabilitation, and nursing care' service model at Tianjin Perennial Medical City. He stated that Tianjin Perennial Medical City always prioritizes medical quality and safety and aims to build a full life-cycle health service system. All medical staff of Tianjin Perennial Hospital participated in the training, listened attentively, thought actively, and created a strong learning atmosphere. 

During the special training session, Zhang Tao, Deputy Director of the Medical Administration Department of the Tianjin Municipal Health Commission, delivered a speech. He emphasized that medical quality and safety are the lifeline for the development of private medical institutions. Each organization must continuously strengthen quality awareness, improve management mechanisms, effectively ensure patient safety, and promote the standardized, healthy, and high-quality development of private medical services throughout the city.

Subsequently, Xu Jianhui, Chief Commissioner of the Tianjin Hospital Management Quality Control Center, focused on the theme 'Data-led Navigation to Promote Quality Management Refinement,' emphasizing the national data reporting and quality control center data reporting requirements, and conducted a detailed analysis of the compliance of relevant data from private hospitals in recent years.

Chen Xianle, Deputy Director of the Medical Education Department at Tianjin Kanghui Hospital, gave a lecture titled 'Analysis of Pain Points in Medical Management of Private Hospitals and Practical Strategies for Quality and Safety.' He provided a comprehensive analysis from five aspects: practicing according to law and personnel qualifications, management of new technologies and surgical safety, inter-hospital consultations and surgical management, rational drug use and management of narcotics and psychotropic drugs, and medical record documentation management. The content combines both theoretical depth and real case support.

After the training, all participants visited Tianjin Perennial Hospital for an on-site exchange, gaining an in-depth understanding of the hospital's specific practices in optimizing medical processes, quality and safety management, and patient services.

This training provided a good learning and communication platform for tertiary private medical institutions across the city, effectively enhancing each institution's understanding and capability in medical quality and safety management. It also further demonstrated Tianjin Perennial Hospital's proactive efforts in medical quality and safety management.
