On April 15, the "Special Training on Medical Quality and Safety Management for Tertiary Private Medical Institutions," hosted by the Tianjin Municipal Hospital Administration Quality Control Center, was successfully held at Perennial General Hospital Tianjin. Quality control managers and key medical staff from tertiary private medical institutions across the city participated in the training, engaging in in-depth study and discussion on key challenges and priority issues in medical quality and safety management.

Liu Jiqiang, Deputy Director of Perennial Healthcare City Tianjin and Dean of the Rehabilitation Hospital and Yi Kang Nursing Home, attended the training and provided a detailed introduction to the overall planning, functional layout, and the exploration and practice of the integrated "medical care, rehabilitation, elderly care, and nursing" service model at Perennial Healthcare City Tianjin. He stated that Perennial Healthcare City Tianjin has always prioritized medical quality and safety, striving to build a full-lifecycle health service system. All medical staff of Perennial General Hospital Tianjin participated in the training, listening attentively, thinking actively, and creating a strong atmosphere of learning.
During the special training session, Zhang Tao, Deputy Director of the Medical Administration Department of the Tianjin Municipal Health Commission, delivered a speech. He emphasized that medical quality and safety are the lifeline for the development of private medical institutions. He urged all institutions to continuously strengthen their quality awareness, improve management mechanisms, effectively ensure patient safety, and promote the standardized, healthy, and high-quality development of the private medical sector across the city.

Subsequently, Xu Jianhui, Chairman of the Tianjin Municipal Hospital Administration Quality Control Center, delivered a presentation on the theme of "Data-Driven Advancement in Quality Management," emphasizing the requirements for national data reporting and quality control center data submission, and providing a detailed analysis of the data compliance performance of private hospitals in recent years.

Chen Xianle, Deputy Director of the Medical Education Department at Tianjin Kanghui Hospital, delivered a lecture titled "Analysis of Pain Points in Medical Affairs Management and Practical Countermeasures for Quality and Safety in Private Hospitals." He provided a comprehensive analysis from five aspects: lawful practice and personnel qualifications, new technologies and surgical safety management, inter-hospital consultations and surgical management, rational drug use and narcotic and psychotropic drug management, and medical record documentation management. The content was both theoretically profound and supported by real-world case studies.

After the training, all participants conducted an on-site visit to Perennial General Hospital Tianjin for further exchange, gaining an in-depth understanding of the hospital's specific practices in medical process optimization, quality and safety control, and patient services.

This training session provided an excellent platform for learning and exchange among tertiary private medical institutions across the city, effectively enhancing their understanding and capabilities in medical quality and safety management.
